  • Reporting: There are items missing from the scope
    Please confirm which item/s you believe are missing from your scope of works and one of JWBS Estimators with review your documentation and submitted request and advise in the coming days.
  • Reporting: There are additional damages at my property
    This has been noted with both JWBS Commercial and your insurance Case Manager. JWBS Commercial office will be in contact with you to schedule in a re-assessment of these addition damages.
  • Reporting: Where are my reports?
    A JWBS Assessor will attend your property to inspect all claim related damages in order to generate his Building Assessment report. In this stage a specialist report (such as a Roof Inspection or Engineering Assessment) may also be required which will be confirmed by the onsite assessor. JWBS will submit the assessment report to your insurance within 4-5 business days of the last attendance.
  • Assessment Phase: Can I confirm when my building assessment is?
    You will be contacted within 1-2 business days from JWBS Commercial to confirm your Assessment Date and Time
  • Assessment Phase: Can I re-schedule my building assessment?
    Let us know if you require a cancellation, and this will be cancelled within 24 hours. You will be contacted within 2 business days from JWBS Commercial to re-schedule an Assessment Date and Time
  • Assessment Phase: What's Next?
    Your insurance company has now allocated JWBS Commercial as your designated builder for your insurance claim. Your job has now been logged into our database. Whats next? You will be contacted within 2 business days by JWBS Commercial to schedule in a building Assessment. JWBS Assessor will attend to inspect all claimed damages in order to generate a Building Assessment report. In this stage a specialist report (such as a roof inspection or engineering) may also be required which will be confirmed by the onsite assessor. JWBS will submit the assessment report to your insurance within 4-5 business days of the last attendance.
  • Repair Phase: I need to re-schedule repairs
    Lodge a request with your JWBS Project Manager. Repairs have been put on hold. You will be contacted in the coming days to reschedule a repair date.
  • Repair Phase: When are my repairs going to be booked in?
    Once JWBS Commercial have received confirmation we have Authority to proceed with repairs a JWBS Project Manager will allocated to your claim. The project Manager will review all your documentation and provide you with a Scope of Works Approval Form or a Master Builders Contract (depending on the type of repairs) within 1 week via DocuSign for your digital signature. Once all documents have been signed repairs will commence generally within 2 weeks (subject to Weather, Manufacture and delivery of materials).

    JWBS Commercial have submitted all our Building Assessment reports to your insurance company. Your Case Manager will review all documentation and costings submitted by JWBS Commercial. In this phase you as a client will be issued all reports and supporting documentation from your Case Manager to review.
